RESERVATION POLICIES

  • All reservations, modifications and cancelations must be sent by e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or fax (506) 2468-0864.
  • All reservations must contain name of client, check in date, check out date, the amount of nights, number of people, and indicate the type of room.
  • Check out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is 2:00 p.m. However, Finca Luna Nueva will make best efforts to accommodate guests prior to the official check-in or after the official check out time when requested, and subject to availability.
  • Please note special dietary requirements, such as food allergies, vegetarian, or vegan.

POLICIES FOR CHILDREN

  • Children from 1 to 5 years old sharing with parents are free of charge.
  • Children between 6-12 years pay $10+tax per night.
  • Children older than 12 years are received as adults.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

High Season and Holiday Season

  • Within 45 days there are no charges.
  • Within 44 to 15 days there is 50% charge of the total amount.
  • Less than 15 days there is 100% charge of the total amount.
  • In case of no show there is 100% charge of the total amount.

Low Season

  • Within 45 days there are no charges.
  • Between 44 and 15 days there is 25% charge of the total amount.
  • Less than 15 days there is 100% charge of the total amount.
  • In case of no show there is 100% charge of the total amount.
